INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMISED TRAINING PROGAMS
Full 8-week workout program tailored to your individual requirements.
A custom work out program designed especially for you, giving you the direction to train independently without the need or commitment of a Personal Trainer.

* The 1stsession will take between 90-120 minutes, this is so that a consultation can be carried out and a warm-up/cool down demonstration explained. This includes preparatory stretching and cool down stretching. The aim of teaching you, the client, this is so that you are able to warm up and cool down outside of your 60-minute training session. With future sessions, once consultation has taken place, please allow sufficient time to carry out your pre-warm up and stretching requirements.
NUTRITION
Calories and macros requirements
A short consultation to understand your requirements, your lifestyle and activity levels to enable me to set you calorie and macros daily allowance.
£40 – 1 off set up fee
Weekly calorie and macro setup (as mentioned above) but with the added advantage of me tracking and advising you throughout the desired period.
£40 - 1 off set up fee and then £15 per week
£120 for 8 week block booking (includes set up fee – saving you £40!)
